[Blindtlk] about LWSB

Again, while not trying to defend the place, it has changed a bit
recently to not be so backwards. They've still got the issues with the
outdated handbook but those rules were never inforced, and there is no
guard making sure you relieve your dog at this time and you groom your
dog at that time. My problems with the handbook actually were that
they didn't follow the rules in the handbook, instead choosing to
create their own rules as they went along like a quiet hour that also
meant restriction from parts of the campus, and when I went to
administration with the book asking them to clarify the rules for my
ununderstanding mind they asked me if the only rules I followed were
the ones that were written down. Having said that, there isn't one
whole van for guides, actually there aren't enough of them for some of
the people they have going that really need them. And that psych eval
is seriously misnamed. It's more of a basic math/basic thinking test
to make sure that you can think logically and add up two plus three.
As bad as it sounds, there are individuals who go there who lack these
skills, and permitting them to procede with the training proram would
only waste everyone's time, although lately LWSB has been pushing
these very individuals into their programs because they gain funding
out of having them there for "evaluation".
