Ray is correct: BARD does not have the sound recording; insofar as I am
aware, the book hasn't been converted by BARD and it was recorded *before*
digital recordings were being used.

The MP3 files run in toto around four gigabytes so if you have problems with
WebBraille downloads, you're gonna have them in spades with the MP3
downloads.

Chris, from some of your comments in threads of the past, I don't think you
have any idea how really *large* sound files, even when compressed, really
are.

The book may be available from BookShare but I rather doubt it.

No, it was just a little tedious and my connection kept dropping 
on me.  I'm not too lazy to download the 11 volumes, but if 
there's an easier way out there, i.e.  downloading the MP3 files 
or downloading the book from Bookshare, I would much rather take 
that.  BARD has a sound recording of it too that I can download.

 You're welcome, Ray.  As I say, the doctrine has little actual 
legal scope
 anymore but all-too-often lives on in the public mind.

 I'd bet that if you put "Contributory Negligence" into the NFB 
site's search
 box, you'd get a slew of Monitor articles including one of mine 
and perhaps
 a reference or two or three in "Walking Alone ...".
