 Another possibility is that the state in which this company is located may 
have criminal remedies for discrimination against the disabled. If this were 
to happen in Florida, for instance, the management could face sexcond degree 
misdemeanor charges. There is also the option of filing a complaint with the 
state's Attorney General's Office of Civil Rights, as well as with the 
United States Department of Justice.
