[Blindtlk] Do high partials (legally blind) use a cane?

Hi Mary,

 I have been in that situation (my vision has gotten much worse since
that point). There was a point when I didn't use a cane.   However,
seeing other blind people use a cane, finding that it can be a useful
tool for me, and that I  liked  it helped me to   get comfortable
taking it with me.  So Yes, on a personal  level, I would absolutely
encourage you to use it.
