            Read the July Monitor if you want to know the 
history.  You can
also read James Omvig's book and listen to Dr.  Jernigan's old 
banquet
speeches.  I recall a lot of protests at sheltered shops in the 
1970's.
I'll just say this:  if we allow this bill to become law, we'll 
have gone
many, many years backwards!
