[Blindtlk] voices for Mobile Speak 4 WM

Can someone tell me how to download more voices to my HTC Phone for use with Mobile Speak 4 on Windows Mobile 6.1.

I can't find the installers for a given voice, I have a licenses for Acapela voices and I think, the Loquendo voices. I have the Heather voice but I want say US Ryan, or  UK Kate or UK Rachel.

Help is needed.
