[Blindtlk] Fired up and cooking now

I've had the best success using a chimney, and no fluid at all. You put the charcoal and newspaper in the chimney, light it, and, after it's going, pour the now burning briquettes on to the grill. All you really need to do, is turn the chimney over. It eliminates that starter fluid taste.
