[Blindtlk] Fired up and cooking now

Go for it Tom,
Grilling is really no biggie. Just using common sense produces some really
good dishes. I have found that, in addition to others' recommendations,
perhaps the most important tool in grilling is a talking thermometer.
Instead of depending on time to determine when food is done, taking its
internal temperature will get food exactly done to your liking. My wife was
in Italy this past week, so I took this time to grill nearly every evening
for my son and me. I grilled hamburgers, steak, chicken, and salmon. Once
you get a few techniques down, it is really an easy procedure.
