[Blindtlk] Fired up and cooking now

I too have concerns about propaine gas.  I own a natural gas grill that uses
the gas from my home.  This works like a gas stove, only it is outdoors and
is a webber grill.

It works great and I can even get the charcoal taste if I want it.

I learnd a trick about using wood on a natural gas grill that is easy to do
and provides excellent results.

Gas grills are fine, if you don't like the taste of the charcoal grilling.
The other thing to consider is how you are going to transport the propane.
You can't take it on a bus, and you may not be able to take it in a cab. But
each to his/her own.
