[Blindtlk] NFB Center in Florida

The same question goes for me: I think here in Washington State 
there aren't any NFB training centers.  Yes there is a state 
agency for the blind who provide training, but how can people 
start an NFB center in Washington where I live? I've wanted 
always to go to a training center but the 4 NFB centers of the 
NFB are way far away for me and my parents are quite 
overprotective.
