Dear Diane,

What you say is true.
It does define just where we can choose to live, work and travel.
There is very little convenience in having any disability.
The next time, people in government want to be politically correct and
change the title they use to tag us with, I vote for the permanently
inconvenienced.
In the past we have been the Handicapped, then the Disabled, and then People

With Disabilities. I think that the permanently inconvenienced describes
our situation a whole lot better.
I do live in a nice area, with some of the best schools in my county and I
am just within the 3/4 mile of a bus route.
I commute some 43 miles, as a crow flies, to where I work near the other end

of the county.
Lucky for me, my kids are grown, and my son just made me a grand dad this
last weekend.
I am on SSDI and working under my earning cap so I am lucky in that way.
I thank God for what I have and hope he will give me a little more.

David Evans, NFBF and GD Jack.
