Hi everyone,
Well, I cooked up a huge feast for Rick and myself and we will be
eating left-overs for a while. We had the usual turkey, stuffing,
mashed and sweet potatoes, gravy, corn because Rick doesn't like
vegies, a traditional salad that I always make, and I also made
cranberry orange relish. We have pie for later this evening because
neither of us had room for it right after dinner. I was trying to
decide whether I should explode or implode, but it is only once a
year and it was really delicious. I love cooking and baking and soon
my dearest and closest friends will be receiving my packages of
homemade baked goods as part of their Christmas gifts. I love this
time of the year and so much enjoy doing things for some of the
special people who have made a difference in my life. We have so
much to be thankful for, I am still working, we have a nice home and
plenty of good food, and best of all, good friends. Take care
everyone. Hope you all had a beautiful day.
