Gary Wunder is President of the Missouri Affiliate and also editor of the
Braille Monitor and has become a good friend to myself and also a mentor, we
all become mentors of each other, and always learning.

That is why I thought out of the box on my invite, it might not have been
the best idea in the world, but we do try and help each other Kelby.

I don't know where you live, I am here in NY, we are having our annual walk,
our 4th one in fact this weekend. NY state is also having there Annual
Convention September 16-18 and we are having a town meeting with the NY
State Commission for the Blind and Visually Handicapped.

David and Diane I do not know well, but we are all NFB family, and like
every family member we do not always agree and might argue about different
things, but we are still a family.

For myself, Cheryl Echevarria, I am the Treasurer of the Greater Long Island
Chapter, President of the Travel and Tourism Division, active member of
NAGDU (our guide dog division), and I came to the NFB through one of our
fallen leaders Ed Bryant, he was the former President of the Diabetic Action
Network, and he has left this earth 2 years ago, what a great man, he was.

So Kelby and all I welcome you to our great state of NY as well, should you
wish to come and sit in on any of our chapter meetings, conventions, etc.

Also come on over to the Travel and Tourism Talk list, we don't bite.

God Bless.
