[Blindtlk] a great article

They also here in NY, after our passing in the house and senate for Newsline
to be paid for with resources already in place here, one person has but a
bee in Governor Cuomo's ear, Mike Godino, that he shouldn't sign the bill.
He still has a lot of power here in NY. He is not only hurting every blind
person here in NY, but ACB members use it as well.

I have friends who are with ACB, who say that he is being stupid here. I
don't know him personally, just heard.

Hopefully this week, the Governor will sign it; and from what we did hear,
hopefully it will show other states as well to fund it, and not rely on the
support of the state VHR agencies.
