[Blindtlk] HIPAA Compliant File Box

Cheryl,
    Here is a partial description of the lock box:

HIPAA-compliant tote features a chrome handle and double combination locks 
to make transporting hanging files easy. Interior metal rails accommodate 
letter-size,

Like all other lock boxes I have found, this one also uses a combination 
lock.
