[Blindtlk] computer buying advise

I bought one that runs Windows 8, and it is quite a bit different from the 
Windows we have all gotten used to.  It seems like Microsoft is now trying 
to imitate Apple in its new approach to operating systems.  Of course, I 
think Apple is good, but I don't believe Microsoft is doing a very good job 
at playing Wanabee.  I've gone back to an older operating system.  The state 
is still operating with Windows 7 and won't be changing any time soon.
