[Blindtlk] iPhone problem

Virtually every part of the phone works accept for the Serie when you hold
down the home key. From what I can determine, the next step is to make sure
everything is backed up and then to restore to factory settings. Joy!

Have you tried turning the volume up via the side volume controls? Also,
have you checked the volume level  under Sounds? Your levels could have been
accidentally reset.
