[Blindtlk] Picture ID's.

hi,
not being insensitive, just asking for some common sense.
unless your wallet is stolen or lost, the average person only needs a new license or id card about every six years.
if you choose to only associate with blind people and aren't even sociable with your neighbors then that's your fault.
how hard can it be to ask a neighbor to take you to get a card then pay for their lunch before going home?

Bryan:
Stop being insensitive to other people's problems. This lack of access is
real to some people who do need to get some place that doesn't have public
transportation. If this is the only place in Town where the non-driver
licenses are being processed then all kinds of disabilities are going to
have to rely on someone to get them there other than public transportation.
Still it doesn't fall under the ADA guidelines where the DMV should be
located.

----- Original Message ----- come on folks,
how much of a problem is it when you only have to renew about every six
years?
