New York City. I consider it a scam. Somewhere I have a YouTube video about
it; I'll try to find the link.

Do you know where Heritage for the Blind is located?  I did a quick check 
under charities on the BBB site and didn't find it.  But, if I knew where it

was located, I could check the local BBB for that area.

No, this is not the same organization.  The Jewish Guild has been around for
a long time, and is legitimate, and respected by most.
