[Blindtlk] owning a vehicle

So, ummm, is the thinking that terrorists don't have driver's licenses?  
And if your that bent on blowing up stuff, I doubt the problem of 
following legal procedures for purchasing a vehicle  is going to keep 
you up at night.

I'm not sure what to think.  On the one hand I would honestly like the 
option of having my own vehicle and hiring drivers if I ever become 
financially able to do that.  On the other hand I understand the need to 
keep people with criminal intent from doing things they shouldn't.  I'm 
not sure where the line is though.  When does crime prevention cross the 
line into infringing on others rights.
