I think the name of the hired driver would have to appear on the 
insurance policy, since insurance rates are based on things like age, 
gender and driving record.   You can list multiple drivers on a policy 
in case you employ more than one person.  I'm fairly certain the blind 
person's name could appear as the policy owner and the person 
responsible for payment, even though they wouldn't be listed as a 
driver.  Confused yet? *smile*
