Start with your local municipal clerk. If this doesn't work, go to the
State-level, and you should have something like a Government Accountability
Board or something similar.

Hi all. I live in Pennsylvania and for the first time voted with one of the
accessible voting machines. A guy at the poll was extremely rude rushing me
through complaining that there was a long line behind me waiting. Is there
anywhere I can report him? I'm going to be voting in the elections from
now on. Thanks.
