The Blindness Revolution is available from NLS on BARD.  I know that it is a 
DTB, and it may be available in braille, also.

The Blindness Revolution: Jernigan in His Own Words, written by Jim Omvig
KENNETH JERNIGAN: THE MASTER, THE MISSION, THE MOVEMENT - This can be found
on the NFB.org website.

They are also available through NLS and other places.
