[Blindtlk] Selecting within excel

Usually you don't have to exclude the row with the heading information, especially if it is the first row.  Excel figures it out.  I also think there is an option within the sorting that handles this as well.  I could be 
wrong, but I also believe if you don't select anything that everything is assumed in a sort.
