[Blindtlk] Selecting within excel

I thought excel would figure the first row was a header to however, whenever 
I select the whole sheet, it takes that row all the way down to row 42.

the heading information, especially if it is the first row.  Excel figures 
it out.  I also think there is an option within the sorting that handles 
this as well.  I could be
wrong, but I also believe if you don't select anything that everything is 
assumed in a sort.
