is easier to use with VoiceOver than the Podcasts app.

I use an app called Lire for RSS feeds to my local news channel, the
Associated Press, and several news blogs. I also have an app called simply
White House that gives me articles and videos of where and what the
President is doing. Then there is the NPR news app. It is pretty accessible.
Another great source of news is the Podcasts app from Apple. I subscribe to
several BBC podcasts, including World Service, which updates me twice a day
on worldwide news. I have found that, because of that podcast, I an often
the first to hear about something that is going on in another country. I
think worldwide news is very important. If you have time to listen, you can
listen to your local radio reading service or one of the many others, on
iBlink Radio, and if you are as much a BBC fanatic as I am, you can get any
and all of their stations through an app called British Radios.
