[Blindtlk] Question regarding calling surveys

I am looking for anyone who has had experience working at a call center
where the public is called for short surveys, such as political ones. I'd
like to find out how the logistics were accomplished 

such as making the calls, getting the questions and inputting the answers
into the required location.
