[Blindtlk] Internet browser help?

If you re-installed, you may have to recreate that shortcut but not sure. 
Can you launch by clicking on the icon itself and not just a shortcut?

I have had Google Chrome as my default web browser. I use gmail with Chrome
as well and I love the way it worked. But for some reason last night it
crshed and it will not relaunch. What happened? Now I'm having to use IE
and I don't feel safe on it.
Does anyone know how to fix it. I have tried reinstalling but it does not
work with the shortcut.
