[Blindtlk] Directory Assistance???

Good afternoon Mary,
I neglected to fill out the required update that AT and T sent me justifying 
my continued need to this service, and they stopped giving it to me free. 
So I had to re-submit an application for the service.  Is it possible that 
such a mailing got missed?

Isn't calling 411 free?
I made a directory assistance call and thought it was free. It used to be
free to ask for a local number. Isn't supposed to be free?
