[Blindtlk] other email lists

Hi,
I've seen this page before, but the last update was in June of 2002.
Unfortunately, many of the lists are no longer in existence. I
appreciate that the NFB has many lists, several of which I'm
subscribed to, but I was wondering if there's a comprehensive database
like the one referenced below that's more up to date.
