[Blindtlk] Getting a new cane?

When the kids were growing up, we owned a large house. Even though I'm a
guide dog user, (Gabi's now retired), I kept an NFB telescopic cane hanging
on a hook - one next to the front door, and one next to the back, in case I
had to leave the house in a hurry while looking after the kids.
