[Blindtlk] Adjustment to Blindness Training, NFB Centers or Not?

Because they can't bear to agree.  If they agree then it takes away 
their reason for being.  You wouldn't expect the republicans to say 
-- well, you Democrats are right after all and we do need to raise 
taxes a little.
