[Blindtlk] Professions on list?

I have been lucky. One of the ways I've been lucky is to have spent time around blind people, and others, who had enough faith in me to encourage me to try. I didn't say I was successful at all these jobs. I no longer sell insurance, or anything else. I learned from the job how to work with people. I use that skill, but I was not a good worker on commission. Running my own office, I found that I was a lousy boss who had a lazy employee. Supervising myself was not a good choice. I don't do that now.

Peter, it is perfectly acceptable to try something and fail. Everyone else does, we are no different. The difference between being successful and not is that the successful people keep trying different things until they find something they are good at. They find people who will help them find those things, and help them solve the problems they encounter. They also help others solve their problems.

Now, back to work.

I'm proud of your successes to overcome adversity towards your career ambitions. the key or lesson that I've gleamed is to keep pursuing your goals especially being disabled. The skills that you use like techniques or technology keep going, so don't put off yoru career ambitions being blind. There is not a perfect time just that in some cases rehab is approperiate like me.

Great news,
Peter
