If you don't have a chapter or division in your area, the best way to handle 
this would be to talk with an officer in your state affiliate about becoming 
an at large member.  I may be wrong, but I think you can get contact 
information for affiliate presidents on the NFB Website itself.

Arika,
Each affiliate, chapter and division has its own dues. Some include
memembership in affiliates or national divisions and all constitute
membership in the NFB. If you need help joining a specific affiliate,
didivision, or chapter, there is likely someone out there who is a part of
it that can help. If not, I would be more than willing to facilitate what
you need!

I have had problems with the NFB website.  I am trying to find out who to
how much dues are for  certain divisions and how to become an at large
