[Blindtlk] dues

Yup; you got it!

However, I did get the formal name of DAN to read "National Federation of
the Blind Diabetes Action Network". But DAN will be with us forever, I'm
afraid. My problem is all the "National Association of ..." abominations
obscure that they're NFB divisions. Some thought this desirable at one time.
However, I believe that either we're part of NFB and proud of it or we ought
to go our own ways in peace!

Mike

So you propose, I assume, a return to the old division names: the Guide Dog
Division, the Students Division, the Diabetes Division, etc? It would
certainly elimainte the confusion of acronyms and ensure that anyone who
says "Dan" at a national convention is talking about a guy named Dan, not
the Diabetes Action Network. Huge grin!
