Another possibility is to see an ENT (Ear/Nose/Throat)/Otolaryngologist) or
an Allergist. The ENT will most likely be the best for sinus issues. And
the Allergist can test you to see what exactly is bugging your sinuses with
an allergy patch test. Not fun but good to do if it seems to be chronic.
This will also get to the root of the problem and help with the balance
issues.  My husband recently had the flu and pneumonia and I had him stand
over a pot of boiling water that I put in the sink and layed a towel over
him and the steam of the boiling water to help loosen mucus. Massaging your
face, temple and head to loosen the mucus is very helpful to. Rub some
Vicks Vapor Rub on your nostrils, bottoms of your feet, chest, and back to
help as well as taking Musinex. Drinking hot herbal tea works wonders as
