 Most of your promotional companies will print pens on order. You  just need to guarantee them a quantity. For tickets, you might try National Braille Press. Your other options are a hand press like is used for most business cards (It will not include the number) or doing them by hand.

I have two questions:

1. What kind of company prints promotional items like ink pens?
2.  Who might I contact that could print raffle tickets in both braille and print?  I already contacted braille smith with no luck.
