[Blindtlk] looking for knowledgeable, professional, but not too expensive website designer

Hi,

I may be looking for a web designer who is knowledgeable about website
accessibility, home business optimization, doesn't charge too much and is
patient if I might not always be able to pay promptly, , and is professional
in their working with me. I've been with my designer a long time but
sometimes she misbehaves.  Oh yeah, loving cats or at least tolerating them,
would be helpful, too. A hosting company where the website is accessible
would be good, too. Please let me know if there is anyone out there like
that, in case I need a change. I usually just need small things done and
that's all I can afford.
