I've been wanting my old blazer to be working again because it costs a lot
to have things put into braille anymore.

The Blazer's port is parallel. Unfortunately, there are no longer many
devices which support these kinds of ports, so it would be advisable to buy
a USB-to-parallel adapter. These can be found at most Staples or Radio Shack
locations.
