[Blindtlk] Can you help with access to a drive in Windows 7?

Dear friends,

    My wife just purchased a new computer, and we are attempting to get it running properly.  It has Windows 7 as its O.S.

    My wife is sighted, although I have JAWS loaded if I need to help out.

    The problem we are having is that we have just connected a USB card reader so that she can load the pictures from her digital camera.  The card reader shows as Drive G, but when we attempt to click on this drive to view her photos, we get an error message telling us that we do not have permission to access this portable storage.  Can anyone help me with setting this up so that she will have permanent access?
