Gross as that story is, I can see it happening.  Doesn't smell right either 
plus that is usually cold. YUCK!!!!  If you watch Restaurant Impossible on 
the food channel you will see what's going on in some kitchens.  You'll want 
to check with the health dept.. before going anywhere!
