Hi Bernadetta,

There seems to be some confusion here. I think you missed the subject
line which stated that I was just passing it on. I am not Richard
Wells nor did I write any part of his message or blog post. It was all
written by Richard whom you should be familiar with, having an email
account with samobile.net. He works for SeroTek and to my knowledge,
they don't sell MP3 players. There are those out there who purchased a
TinyToons player and may wish to have the firmware update that Rich is
offering. I have one myself and will likely send it to Rich for
updating as the Braille Superstore won't make it available to their
customers for some reason, aside from the fact that one needs to have
Windows XP to run it, and I no longer have XP.

If there's any slander in the post, I was not the author of it. I'm
responsible for the subject line and the signature at the bottom of
the message, not the message or blog content.

Just from this first message in this thread, I'd hesitate to do
business with this person, no matter how great their talking MP3
players may be. You can advertise your merchandise all you want, but
slandering another business or company, whether you can justify it or
not, is unprofessional and unwarranted. If you have to resort to
warning your would-be customers to refrain from doing business with a
particular company at any cost, it makes me think you have no other
method in your bag of tricks to beat the competition.
I hesitate to buy a product from a company that is so adamant about
slandering others. It's unsettling. I don't have a need for any of the
services listed anyway, but I thought I'd just put this out there,
because maybe it's time to switch up your tactics. Slander, whether
founded or not tends to drive customers away rather than make them
loyal buyers.
