Wow, live reporting.  I'm on the phone right now with some stellar access 
help going on.
Hours:  Weekdays PST 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Weekends they shut down at 3:00 PM PST.

Thanks to all of you who have brought this help line back to my attention. 
They are great.

    I second that. They helped me straighten out a few issues when Mary's
computer came back from the shop when it was reloaded to remove a nasty
virus.
