That's exactly how I feel. I really have no desire to be "healed" of
blindness. I am happy how I am. On the other hand, my wife who has more
vision than I does want to be healed of it. So everyone is different.

I think about all the blessings I have as a blind person. Once I get my
guide dog, I think it'll be incredibly satisfying to have him/her as a
companion with me everywhere I go. How many people have something like that?
