[Blindtlk] Putting reflective tape on my cane?

I know for guide dogs, GDB used to sell these reflective sleeves that would 
fiv over the harness handle.  However, I haven't seen them for years, so 
they may not have been that popular.

I have never worried about it and have never had an issue. I'm not against 
it though and perhaps one day I'll do it.
