Yes, there are; check out ski for life.  I think that is what it 
is called.
Also, get onto the sports and reck list.  There are such skiers 
on that
list.

I'm totally blind, no light perception of anything.  Ever since I 
lost my
eyes I've been way more sedentary than I ever was before.  Are 
there ways to
do things like skiing? I suppose if a blind guy climbed the seven 
summits
there must be ways to do this stuff, I just don't know them.
