[Blindtlk] Cane vs. Guide Dog

I would say that schools are rejecting people nore than they once did if they don't have the skills. I certainly think it is your decision, too. Sometimes people are pressured to get dogs when they may well have not done so without that pressure. You are the one who is caring for it, and I do believe it is fully one's full responsibility to care for that dog.
