[Blindtlk] HUD Housing Question

Hello All,

Not sure if this program exist everywhere. I applied for this program
HUD Housing has where they build these subdivisions but let other
agencies run them. they are for both HUD and non-HUD applicants. One
subdivision stated I had to have my children living with me. Is this
anormal requirement? What about people who don't have children but
need HUD assistance?
