Chris:
If you're talking about Outlook Webmail for a Microsoft Exchange account,
log out of your account and return to the log-in screen. After you type in
your email address and password, tab once and you should hear something to
the effect of: "light mode check box not checked." Press space to check this
box, then tab to the log in button, then enter, and you should be back in
the more accessible mode. Sorry if my instructions are a bit vague--I
haven't used Outlook Webmail since I left my internship with our school
district last summer.
HTH,
Chris N.

Subject: [Blindtlk] Please Help with Outlook 365 Accessibility Issue
Hi All,
I was trying to see if I could figure out how to adjust a setting that my
email server has applied and thus switched from the light to the full
outlook 365 and now I can not figure out how to switch back to the light
version. Can someone please help me since all it is telling me are things
like menu, menu, submenu... Not really helpful in my opinion.
Happy Friday!
Chris
