Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion! Interestingly, although both of my email accounts are on outlook exchange, my other email account has that checkbox, while this one (the one that I switched it on:)) does not show that checkbox. I think I have sort of figured it out (I had to do a lot of just playing around with the "menu" and "submenu" (no clear labels:)) options), but it still thinks I want to be in the normal mode when I first log in:).

Chris:

If you're talking about Outlook Webmail for a Microsoft Exchange account, log out of your account and return to the log-in screen. After you type in your email address and password, tab once and you should hear something to the effect of: "light mode check box not checked." Press space to check this box, then tab to the log in button, then enter, and you should be back in the more accessible mode. Sorry if my instructions are a bit vague--I haven't used Outlook Webmail since I left my internship with our school district last summer.

HTH,

Chris N.

Hi All,
I was trying to see if I could figure out how to adjust a setting that my email server has applied and thus switched from the light to the full outlook 365 and now I can not figure out how to switch back to the light version. Can someone please help me since all it is telling me are things like menu, menu, submenu... Not really helpful in my opinion.
Happy Friday!
Chris
